Because of it’s geographic location the area is known the world over as one of the greatest fishing spots. Point Loma has the largest sports fishing fleet in the world! Most tourism consists of deep sea fishing and water sports. The Day At The Docks Festival encompasses the areas rich fishing history with a celebration of sea food, education on the proper way to fish and some of the most beautiful boats you will see.
